- 3 C yogurt
- 1 C cucumber, chopped or grated
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- fresh or dried mint optional
Directions
- Place the yogurt, garlic and salt in a medium sized bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon.
- Add the cucumber and mix well.
- You can sprinkle dried or fresh mint on top.
