Ingredients
- 1/2 kg ground beef
- 1 oignon, chopped
- 1 can crushed tomatoes in puree or tomato paste
- 2 Tbs oil
- 1 tsp salt
- a pinch of pepper
- a pinch of ground nutmeg
- gruyere and parmesan cheese, for serving
- 1 package spagetti
Directions
- In a saucepan heat oil and cook onions
- Add meat, cook breaking up meat with a wooden spoon.
- Cook until all liquid has evaporated.
- Add tomato sauce or tomato paste.
- Cook covered, stirring from time to time. Cook for about 30 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Cook pasta in a pot of salted boiling water.
- Drain pasta and serve with meat sauce.
- Sprinkle cheese over. (optional)
