- 250 gr sliced pastrami
- 2 jars of white asparagus spears
- 1 C mayonaise
- Drain well the asparagus.
- Lay a thinly sliced pastrami, place 4 asparagus stalks lengthwise.
- Roll up from the narrowest end of the pastrami slice. Place seam side down.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- Serve with mayonaise, accompanied with fresh tomatoes.
